【お召し上がり方】
ティースプーン半分（約2g）を茶碗に入れ、約90℃のお湯を100mlほど注ぎ、よくかき混ぜてください。
※お湯の取り扱いには十分ご注意ください。

【お料理への使い方】
・茶わん蒸し：しいたけ茶を溶かしただし汁を卵と合わせ、お好みの具材を加えて蒸します。
・お吸い物：だしとして使い、豆腐やわかめなどお好みの具材を合わせて。
・オニオンスープ：味付けに加えて、旨みとコクをプラス。
※塩味がありますので、ほかの調味料の量を調整してお使いください。
