【おいしい淹れ方】
① 沸騰させたお湯を人数分の湯のみに注ぎ、湯冷ましします。
② 急須に茶葉を入れます。2人分で約6gが目安です。
③ 湯のみのお湯を急須に移し、約30秒待ちます。
④ 濃さが均等になるよう、湯のみに少しずつ交互に注ぎ、最後の一滴まで注ぎ切ってください。

※2煎目からは、お湯を注いだ後、早めに注ぎ分けてください。

Kakegawa First Harvest Sencha

Made exclusively with first-harvest tea leaves from Kakegawa, Shizuoka, this deep-steamed sencha offers a mellow flavor and a beautiful green infusion.

The generous 270g pack is ideal for everyday enjoyment at home, serving with meals at restaurants, or sharing with guests and colleagues at the office.

Deep steaming produces finer tea leaves. For easy pouring, use a Japanese teapot with a fine-mesh filter.

Brewing Instructions

1. Pour freshly boiled water into your teacups to cool slightly.
2. Add approximately 6g of tea leaves to a teapot for two servings.
3. Transfer the water from the cups to the teapot and steep for about 30 seconds.
4. Pour a little at a time into each cup, alternating between cups for an even strength. Pour out the tea completely.

For subsequent infusions, pour shortly after adding hot water.
